WordPress Stack - Which SQL file to upload to host?

I have been using a WordPress Bitnami stack on my Mac. I am now trying to upload my site to a host. They have told me that I need to do 2 things..

1. Upload and replace the wp-content folder (which I have done)
2. Upload the sql database file

I'm not sure which SQL file I need to upload? I have searched the WordPress folder for .sql files but there are about 8 different ones. How do i know which to use?
