I was doing a file difference between php.ini and httpd.conf in WAMP 5.4.11 and 5.4.12 and noticed that 5.4.12 has added trailing whitespace at the ends of some lines.
This is not an issue. Rather it's a matter of consistency, and practice. For example we run a script to remove trailing whitespace from our text files, and to convert tabs to spaces, prior to check-in.
