redmine 2.2.2.stable Encoding Problem (strange characters)

Hi All!

When ugrading Redmine 2.0.0.0 to Redmine 2.2.2.stable the text is not correctly encoded (á=á, ó=ó, í=Ã, etc.)

I have tried to comment out all enconding entries in database.yml with no success, ie:

production:
  adapter: mysql2
  database: bitnami_redmine
  host: localhost
  port: 3306
  username: bitnami
  password: "---------"
  #encoding: utf8

Any ideas?

Environment

Redmine version 2.2.2.stable

• Ruby version 1.9.3 (i386-mingw32)

• Rails version 3.2.11

• Environment production

• Database adapter Mysql2

• Redmine plugins: no plugin installed
