Trying to install Redmine theme, but doesn't show in theme list

Hi,

I'm trying to install a Redmine theme on the Bitnami Redmine VM. I found the Bitnami directory: /opt/bitnami/apps/redmine/htdocs/public/theme

I see the existing classic and alternate directories, so I made a new directory for coffee and copied the files in to the directory. I'm only a bit familiar with Linux but very familiar with the command prompt and didn't find this too difficult. The problem is, when I restart the server, the new theme isn't in the list. I tried with another theme, A2, and it doesn't show either. (They are both for Redmine 2.x)

From everything I have read, there doesn't seem to be anything more than just making a directory and copying the files and restarting. Can anyone offer some suggestions as I don't know what else to try?

Edit: BTW, I'm using the bitnami-redmine-2.3.1-3-ubuntu-12.04 VM.
