Gem bundler is not installed error

Hello,

I am using Ruby Stack Version 1.9.3-4 on Mac OS X 10.8.2. Whenever I run:

bundle install

I get the following error:

ERROR: Gem bundler is not installed, run `gem install bundler` first.

But Ruby Stack already comes with bundler installed by default. Any ideas?
