redmine 2.2.0 503 error

I have installed the redmine2.2.0 on win7 OS. Install processing is OK.

After installed. But the "thin services" and "thin2" can't started. So the app show 503 error when "http://localhost/redmine/" is visited.

redmine2.1.4 is OK on my win7 OS.

please do me a faver, thanks.
