I made Wordpress default folder using updateip but now https//domain.com goes to the apache htdocs splash screen

I have a bitnami Wordpress EC2. Accessing http://domain.com would go to the apache htdocs folder. I wanted the root to go to the Wordpress app. So I used the updateip command as the bitname FAQs suggested. Now, https doesn't go to the right places anymore :(
