Plugins Won't Load Or Install Now I Made My Wordpress The Default Folder

I moved my wordpress installation to the main folder and used the command: $ sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/updateip --appurl /

Ever since then images from one of my apps won't load and all plugins have question marks in the fields or show code where the boxes should be blank, so things like the alexa plugin dont work because the plugins box is pre populated with code. Attached are a few images of the kind of thing I am experiencing since doing the above command, please help.
