Apache not starting after installing 1.3.2 module on top of 2.0.2

All of the services are running with the exception of the Apache Web Server. I'm trying to install 1.3.2 as a module while leaving 2.0.2 alone. Is it possible to run both 1.3.2 and 2.0.2 together without having to have separate installs. If so how can I solve this problem
