can I install wamp stack after installing the tomcat stack ?

I apologize if my question is too obvious.

I have successfully installed the 7.0.32 tomcat stack (MySQL, Apache, Tomcat servlet engine)

Now I would like to add PHP to my computer.

Is this possible ?

Can I run the wampstack installer ?

I see that I am asked the same questions about Apache TCP/IP port and MySQL root account password and I am concerned that conflicts will occur.
