Please have a look at the screenshot, it shows the german version of Bitnami's Redmine page. The big green buttons "Installer" and "Virtuelle Maschine" have as second line "Descarga Gratuita". I don't know what language this is, but it is certainly not german. There should be something like "Kostenloser Download".
