I am trying to upgrade from 1.2.1 - 2.1.2
I follow the steps for upgrading the entire redmine stack. I have tested this on my test server and the upgrade works fine.
For some reason when running the linux installer on my live server all appears to be well but the installer never asks what port i want to use for MYSQL. Once the install finishes everything seems to installed fine other than MYSQL.
Does anyone know why the installer would not ask this question? Its seems as if the installer thinks that mysql is already installed.
I have tried this several times over the last couple of weeks. I have also made sure that the original stack isnt running.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Been stuck on this for a while.
