why does the following error "plugin federated is disabled.." continue to post in my error file?

Hello, I've copied 2 lines from an error file (Bitnami/mySql/data/ ann-pc 121023 11:05:02 [Note] Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled. 121023 11:05:02 InnoDB: The InnoDB memory heap is disabled.

I don't understand the error notices. Should I be concerned about them? Please comment.
