Can't start apache on phpbb

Installed on Mac

I can successfully start and stop the Wordpress Apache (I make sure its stopped before trying to start phpbb Apache)

I have installed phpbb on the same Mac previously and it worked fine

I have compared the httpd.conf files of both phpbb Apache and Wordpress phpbb and they appear to be the same - at least up to where you set the "Listen" port thing.

I don't know of any other web servers running on my computer and don't understand why the Wordpress stack would work if that were the problem.

The error I get:
