MySQL and Tomcat missing from Tomcat stack on Wiindows?

I've created a new cloud instance and configured it using the Windows Tomcat stack (http://bitnami.org/stack/tomcatstack and clicked on link ami-a93b03dd (Ireland). All deployed like a dream. However, when I connect with rpc, I can't find the Tomcat or MySql folders/directories. As far as I can make out they should be in the C:/opts directory, but there is no such directory in my instance.
