AWS Wordpress multisite Child Domain tries to load local ip resource and is subsequently very slow

I have installed AWS MultiSite no problem and setup a child site - http://agbuilders.co.uk/ - no problem. Except the site attempts to load the following resource:

http://10.202.253.121/?dm=6b0103be048c345806f1dd0f4e9f0871&action=load&blogid=2&siteid=1&t=983142452&back=http%3A%2F%2Fagbuilders.co.uk%2F

Timesout eventually but causes the site to block while attempting to load.

I have setup an static IP for the site.

Any ideas?
