Bitnami Redmine Stack - cannot install plugins

Hello guys,

I was trying to install plugin "people" and "checklist" on my current bitnami redmine stack setting.

Running windows 7 sp2 , here is my steps

1. Download plugins
2. Unrar and put it in the redmine/htdocs/plugins folder
3. Open command on the program files menu "Use Bitnami Redmine Stack"
4. run the command bundle install bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=redmine_people RAILS_ENV=production

bur I always receive the error like cannot located gemfile.

I'm pretty new here to redmine so really love to see if you guys can give me hand.
