Gitlab web hook not work to gitlab_CI

I have gitlab_ci project and repo gitlab on you vnware machine version 5.2.0.1. I copy link from detail gitlab_CI, and add her in gitlab web hook (project -> setting -> web hook). Then from my local repo I do git push in gitlab and no start build project in gitlab_CI. Why can this be?
