I just spent 3 days copying 25+ websites to an Amazon EC2 instance. I have installed Webmin which is working correctly. I was about to add the 30+ databases to the instance via PHPMyAdmin when I noticed that Webmin complained that it was missing some files that would allow it to directly manage MySQL. I let it install 2 packages whose names I didn't remember and now cannot find in any logs.
Now when I look at PHPMyAdmin, I see red exclamation points next to the databases.
I suspect that Webmin is stepping on PHPMyAdmin, and I would rather manage MySQL from PHPMyAdmin. How can I get PHPMySQL back to normal?
