I looked in the wiki and saw a resolution to this... however, that is not correct, there is no place to edit this in /opt/owncloud/apps/owncloud/conf/owncloud.conf as the upload entries are not in there. Those entries are however in /opt/owncloud/php/etc/php.ini, but they don't seem to work after restarting apache. Any ideas?
