I installed 3.5.1 Wordpress Stack and have been using it within the last hour without an issue. I then attempted to install an OPML file through Blogroll by clicking the Tools -> Blogroll. This started an installation process that failed with:
An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
And now the instance is continually having errors.
If I go to Plugins -> Add New, there is a message at the bottom of the page:

If I then try to search a plugin, I get the same error as above.
How should I go about researching this and resolving it?
