Site Integration Of Polling Applications

Does anyone have feedback, comments and experience with the two following Polling Applications?

1) http://web-openvoters.rhcloud.com/

2) http://www.limesurvey.org/

I like the fact that Open Voters is ported mobile but it is Red Hat Cloud based and so I'd like to know if it would work outside of that using any of the various XAMPP, WAPP, WAMP and IMPP stacks. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
