problem installing plugins on bitnami redmine for windows: error log

I installed bitnami redmine on windows 2008R2 server 64bit. I installed the latest windows version of bitnami redmine 2.3.0-0. I am trying to install dmsf plugin. I copied the plugin to apps/redmine/htdocs/plugins.Then i opened the use_redmine.bat. and ran the following commands "rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production" and also the "bundle install" to install additional gems.I also tried to install additional gems through the command "gems update install".how do you install plugins & also how do you install additional gems. I looked at the bitnami documentation at: http://wiki.bitnami.com/Applications/BitNami_Redmine#How_to_install_a_plugin_on_Redmine.3f and also the dmsf documentation.Please check the attached screenshot.
