Bitnami Tracks 2.2.1 & Redmine Stack Windows Issue

I installed the Redmine 2.2.0 stack in Windows some months ago - works great.

Now, I've tried to install Tracks (as they both use RoR, I installed the module). The Redmine app still works fine.

I can access the Tracks page @ http://127.0.0.1:3003/tracks. I can login into Tracks OK.

However, there is a problem finding the CSS file though I can access the page itself, so the page is completed unstyled.

If I look at the file directory, the CSS file definitely exists.

Ruby version 1.9.3 (i386-mingw32)

Rails version 3.2.9

Any suggestions?
