Symfony does not work on WAMP stack on Win XP

After installing WAMP stack on Win XP, and enabling Symfony following the instructions here:

http://wiki.bitnami.com/Components/PHP_Frameworks/Symfony

when I go to

http://127.0.0.1/symfony/web/config.php

I get error:

The requested URL /BitNami/wampstack-5.4.13-0/frameworks/symfony/web/app.php was not found on this server.

CakePHP, Smarty and Zend seem to work out of the box following the instructions in the wiki
