Sync the VM and Cloud Stack Environment

Is there a way to sync the VM LAMP Stack environment with the one being deployed in cloud ?

For example all the developers in my company are using Bitnamic LAMP on Virtualbox while our production/test server is running off the cloud stack from bitnami. So just wondering if there is a way to have they on same environment?
