Using Update within Limesurvey broke something

I chose the autoupdate and updated LS to 130305. But when it almost completes, somewhere, it throws this error:

limesurvey-200plus20130116-0/apps/limesurvey/htdocs/index.php

I got out and continue to use LS as if nothing has ever happened, except whenever I click Check Update button. The same error message would occur.

Now I can't check if there is a new update available (there is a fix in LS repository that I need to use… so I need to use the Update function.)

I asked in LS forum, but I'm not sure whose problem is this.

Anyone?
