What happens is when the server load is heavy, it will crash and says, wrong user ID and password for database for local.xml but before the crash, the system is not even using the data from local.xml, perhaps the setup by magento.
Now when i do a status check, it says apache and mysql not started, and i cant start them. in fact it is running, but idk why it says it isnt, feels like a communication or fucked up pc which feels screwed.
Not the first time and its wasting so much of my f time. Is this my problem or what?
