Math rendering on DokuWiki

Hello - I have a Mac running OS X 10.6.1 and have DokuWiki installed both locally and in the cloud. How difficult would it be to get Math rendering in DokuWiki similar to what is availiable on Wikipedia (AMS-LaTex)?. I am not good at Unix, so downloading and installing a bunch of libraries and writing a bunch of shell scripts is REALLY time-consuming for me.
