Redmine Stack upgrade to Redmine Module in Ruby Stack

Hi, Is it possible to upgrade from Redmine Stack to Redmine Module in Ruby Stack?

My Old Redmine:BitNami Redmine Stack 0.9.4-0

New Redmine: BitNami RubyStack Stack 1.9.3-4

I found below guide is purposely for Redmine Stack but not for Redmine module in Ruby Stack http://wiki.bitnami.org/Applications/BitNami_Redmine_Stack

I need to migrate Redmine to Ruby Stack coz I really like and please since it simplifies almost everything.
