More Stacks into single server

I've a single Debian server (VMWare VM).

I wish to install more stacks because for several applications are not available the modules (for example Jasper Reports). How can I install another stack if I have already the LAMP Stack?

If this is not possible and I have to install the stacks separately, how I can call the application? I see that only the last installation is visible with localhost.
