Redmine/SVN issue

Hey guys. I installed the redmine stack 2.1.4 and got it working fine. Then I decided to load the latest verison 2.2.1. (because I wanted to try out a plugin and the guy that created it told me to do it on 2.2.1) I stopped services on 2.1.4 when I installed 2.2.1 on the same machine. I set them both up with avanced SVN integration.. so here is the issue. Now when I create a project on 2.2.1 the repo gets created but I don't know where and I even tried uninstalling 2.1.4. I ran the crontab -e info in terminal and I keep getting an error "that the repo already exists" so it can not be created.

Is there a way to remove the old SVN pointers? I tried the CHOWN and CHMOD commands over and over even after uninstall of 2.1.4
